====== School-Issued Equipment ====== ===== Laptops ===== PA Virtual provides each student with a laptop. This laptop is the property of PA Virtual and must be returned when the student leaves our school. If there are any problems with the school-issued laptop, please call the [[addsupport:helpline|Student Helpline]]. A ticket will be created and support to troubleshoot the issue will be provided. If the laptop is defective, PA Virtual will provide instructions and a UPS Return Label to ship the device back for a replacement. The defective laptop must be returned to PA Virtual's Fulfillment Center in King of Prussia, PA before a replacement will be shipped.
