School-Issued Equipment

PA Virtual provides technology equipment to all active students. All equipment ships from our Pennsylvania Warehouse Depot in Mechanicsburg.

PA Virtual provides a laptop to every active student. Laptops are the property of PA Virtual Charter School and must be returned when a student is no longer enrolled.

Troubleshooting & Support

• For any technical issues, contact the Student Helpline to open a support ticket and receive troubleshooting assistance.

Defective Laptop Replacement

• If the device is determined to be defective, PA Virtual will email you return instructions, including a link and access code to generate a prepaid UPS return label.
• Check your Inbox or Junk/Spam folder for an email with the Subject Line: Laptop - {BBID}
• The defective device must be received at our Pennsylvania Warehouse Depot before a replacement device will be shipped to the address on file.

• Contact your Family Support Coordinator if your child will be unable to attend classes during this transition period.

PA Virtual provides each active student with a printer. The printer does not need to be returned when the student leaves our school.

• If there are any problems with the printer, please call the Student Helpline.
• PA Virtual will provide ink for the printer. For details, visit our Ink Program page.

PA Virtual provides each active student with a headset. Headsets are considered consumable items and do not need to be returned when the student leaves our school.
