PA Virtual Technology Support - My student has Graduated or Withdrawn from PA Virtual, how do I return the school-issued laptop?

Once PA Virtual has officially withdrawn the student, or the student has graduated, you will receive prepaid shipping labels. These labels will be emailed to your PA Virtual parent account. Check your junk/spam mail folder if you do not see an email from UPS.

School-issued laptops must be returned to PA Virtual within 5 business days of the student's withdrawal.
