Force Logout

Normally, when you click on the link in Blackboard to access your Jigsaw sessions, you should be dropped to the “My Sessions” page. If you are not, then you will need to force a logout from Jigsaw.

PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE clicking on the logout link!

  1. Click on the logout link – https://app.jigsawinteractive.com/Account/LogOff
  2. You won't actually see any “Logged Out” type of feedback, you will just be dropped to a “login” page. That is you feedback to know that you are now logged out.
  3. DO NOT try to log back in using the username/password on this login page – go back into Blackboard and access Jigsaw though the regular link.
